Coach's Den isn't just about developing athletes—we're also committed to creating unforgettable experiences for families, schools, churches, and organizations throughout Central Texas.

Our state-of-the-art mobile gaming trailer delivers nonstop entertainment right to your driveway or event venue. Equipped with five high-definition TVs, today's most popular gaming consoles, and an extensive selection of games, the trailer comfortably accommodates up to 16 adult players or 20 youth players for an exciting multiplayer experience.

Whether you're celebrating a birthday, rewarding your team after a big season, or hosting a community event, Coach's Den brings the fun directly to you.

A $150 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING. THE REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT.

Travel Policy

Travel is free within 20 miles of Waco.

Travel beyond 20 miles is charged at $2.50 per mile, round-trip.

Events located 60 miles or farther away require a minimum $150 travel charge or a three-hour booking.

Important Policies

• No food or drinks inside the gaming trailer
• No rough play or inappropriate behavior
• Clients are responsible for damage caused during the event
• Events may be rescheduled because of severe weather
• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
• Coach’s Den staff may end an event without a refund if safety rules are repeatedly broken

If any of our equipment is used for the wrong purposes. Party can be canceled with no refund.
